Jabalpur Engineering College (JEC) celebrated its 76th Foundation Day on July 7, 2023, with a heartfelt tribute to the visionary first principal, Prof. Siddheshwari Prasad Chakravarti. Led by the current principal, Dr P.K Jhinge, the faculty members gathered to honour the visionary leader by

garlanding his bust. With deep respect and gratitude, each faculty member approached the effigy and delicately adorned it with garlands. This act symbolized their deep appreciation for the forebearer who played an instrumental role in establishing JEC, which is one of the oldest engineering colleges in central

India. It was a moment that cemented the bond between the present faculty members and the late inspirational leader who paved the way for their professional journeys.
