Celebrating College Achievements: IPX 1.1 Magazine Launched & Certificates Distributed, 25 January 2024.
The Media Cell of the Department of Industrial Production Engineering proudly launched its inaugural magazine,
'IP Xpress Volume 1.1,' in a modest ceremony held on 25th January 2024. The chief guest for the function was Hon’ble Shri Ashok IshwardasRohaniji,
MLA, Cantt, and Mrs. Upadhyaya, President of Mahila Morcha, BJP. Upon their arrival, Shri Rohaniji and Mrs Upadhya received a warm floral welcome
from the Principal, Dr P.K Jhinge, Dr Sanjay Soni, Head of the Industrial &Production Department, Gurdeep Singh Oberoi, Founder of the Media Cell,
staff members, staff and students.
Following the floral welcome, the chief guest delivered a brief address, acknowledging the student's efforts in publishing
the magazine and recognizing the challenges they faced. He emphasized the extensive scope of Industrial Production Engineering
and commended the progress of this illustrious college.
The 'IP Xpress Volume 1.1' magazine, conceived as a dedicated platform to showcase diverse talents and achievements within
the department, features a modern and visually appealing design with vibrant colours, aiming to capture attention while ensuring readability.
The magazine was distributed in print to all the faculty members.
The 'IP Xpress Volume 1.1', highlights significant events, showcasing the energetic achievements of department students.
These achievements include active participation in NukkadNatak for spreading electoral awareness and securing top positions
in sports like Kho Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball (girls), and athletics during the college sports event Avahaan. The magazine also
presented the commendable roles undertaken by department students as SDs in 4MP-CTR and SWs in 4MP-CTR, noteworthy distinctions
given the eligibility criteria for higher ranks beyond CSM in the Army Wing of NCC.
These accomplishments reflect the student's diverse talents and dedication, extending beyond academic pursuits.
The magazine serves as an inspiration, for all-around development, reminding students that Academic Excellence is
just one facet of their potential. These experiences, like those shared in the magazine, contribute to their growth beyond textbooks.
Furthermore, after the magazine launch, Dr.Jhinge, along with the chief guest, distributed certificates to
students who actively participated in activities dedicated to spreading electoral awareness and the week-long
celebration of National Youth Day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Various engaging activities,
such as poster competitions, dance competitions, rangoli competitions, quizzes, slogan writing, and more, were part of
these initiatives. DrAgya Mishra, Head of AI Department,Dr. Durgesh Nandini and Dr. Atul Sharma played vital roles in conducting this event.

Both events conveyed a powerful message to the students, encouraging them to actively participate
in extracurricular activities, step out of their comfort zone, and embrace leadership opportunities.
Dr.Jhinge and Dr Sanjay Soni extended their appreciation to Shri Rohaniji for sharing his valuable time and support,
contributing to the event's success. They also commended the efforts of the Industrial Production Department students
and congratulated those students who were awarded certificates.
