Applied Chemistry

• This deptt. covering and area of 1438.50 Sq.m., was established as an independent department in the year 1962. Since then post-graduate classes have been successfully functioning. The deptt consists of well-equipped laboratories with ample of facilities for the students to pursue their research-work. The deptt also possesses several testing facilities like the galvanization test, purity of zinc chloride, testing of transformer oil etc., as per I.S.I. Specifications. Some of the faculty members were actively involved in the activities conducted under CIILP Community Development Programme and Women in Development Programme.
